What is the Kubicule?

The Kubicle is a private workspace that maximizes the well-being of its users. Designed to ensure the comfort of employees working in open office concepts or in a manufacturing environment, its mission is to reduce noise from outside the pod and provide the acoustic comfort that helps people focus on what they do the best.

You may also appreciate being able to make phone calls in private and having a clean background for your video calls inside Kubicule.

What is the difference between the Standard and the Premium phone booth?

Designed to meet a need for adaptability, both versions of the phone booth are distinguished by a contemporary look and lines carefully studied by our designers. 

Accessible to people with reduced mobility, the Standard booth offers a wider workspace that is more suitable for everyone. 

As for the Premium Kubicle, it will be perfectly adapted to your corporate identity. It can be customized both on the exterior (painting according to pantone code or vinyl covering) and on the interior (color options of the felt, shelf and floor covering). 

How many phone booths do I need in my workspace?

We generally recommend a ratio of 1 Kubicule for every 10 users. 

However, depending on your business activity (i.e., open office concept, coworking space, manufacture) our team is ready to help you determine the appropriate number of Kubicles to meet your employees' need to work in a quiet space, free from any distractions.

Can I relocate my pod once it is installed?

Our pods are specially designed to continually adapt to your workspace and future floor layout plan. Made of light materials, you can easily push them to the desired location.

How to clean my pod?

Exterior coating, paint or vinyl: use a neutral pH soap(mild), apply with a slightly damp cloth.

Acoustic felt panels :

• Use a lint-free adhesive roller.

• Vacuum with a clean and soft brush.

• Clean stains with a neutral pH soap (mild), clean with a slightly damp cloth.

Floor:

• Vacuum, use a neutral pH soap(mild), apply with a damp cloth.

• Do not soak the floor. Do not use a wet mop.

Wooden shelf, laminate finish: Use a mild soap with neutral pH, apply with a slightly damp cloth.

Door Handle: Use a mild soap with a neutral pH, apply with a slightly damp cloth.

Plexiglas:

• Do not wipe the surface dry to avoid dust scratching the plexiglas.

• Do not use Windex type window cleaner or other similar products.

• Opt for a non-abrasive plastic and acrylic cleaner. (e.g. Plaskolite, Brillianize, Novus)
